What is performance art?

In general, Visual Performance (Performance Art) for me is a liberating form
more than any other art platform that I've come across with. It has given me
fairly new freedom to explore and investigate. It is change among other things
that tends to move outward from itself leading to many directions.
It's a whole new journey. A re-entry. In a different sort of way.
Contained in the same sphere but of different category, of a different
level than what has been a formula. Revolving in the same axis but with fresh
new approach. A whole lot of new approach.
